DTI regulations regarding Export Control change. The legislation can be found here. The main legislation is the Export Control Act 2002, Export of Goods, Transfer of Technology and Provision of Technical Assistance (Control) Order 2003, which covers all exports and slightly expands the regulations which had been in force for some time.
