These guys are AWESOME! Just had a challenging sale with an FHA funded buyer. They stuck though till the end so I did not have to worry about i's dotted and t's crossed. I am a house flipper and am prone to counting pennies. I am advised all the time that I could save the real estate commission by listing my houses by myself. I have done so in the past and in comparison, ht consultants has been worth EVERY penny. Couldn't recommend more.
